Now, after Thanksgiving feast come all the Christmas parties and year terminal parties. And of course you want to look stunning in the parties with your marvelous party clothes. Would you fit into your party dresses?
Dont torment. There is still time to lose weight in time before Christmas parties. You need to do it for yourself - not for someone else. It involves your charge and your discipline to stick a diet plan and exercise schedule. Check it:
1. You dont need to starve yourself to get into that garments. Your belly may growl if you cut down your food intake, but there is no need to eat until full. Eat until you are 80 % full, then stop.
2. Eat the right foods. Avoid junk foods. Eat fruit instead of candy.

Frozen milk or yogurt instead of ice cream. Skip soft drinks or sugared drinks in favor of water. And void the skin from the yellow before you eat it and eat yellow breast meat, or tool breast. Eat lots of clear fish.
3. Diet diary. Copy device you eat and count how many calories you consume each day. Make it a point to reduce the calories every way you can through food substitutions and by watching your portion size.
4. Besides reducing your calorie intake, set aside 45 minutes every day to exercise. Go for a jog, climb the stairs, or reconsider to hit the gym
5. Drink a plenty of water. The important thing to remember is drink a glass of water both before and after you do your exercise.
Stick to this plan everyday and you should get in shape in time before Christmas.
