  1. This was a really interesting article! I had no idea that a nutritional diet can help the elderly with things such as joint stiffness and muscle weakness. I wonder if businesses that provide care for the elderly have nutritionists that work for them and help plan healthy meals. I will have to do some more research to look into that a little more.
