Day One -
1. Breakfast - One cup of ebony coffee or tea ( as per your preference ), half glass of grapefruit juice, one piece of toast along with one tablespoon peanut butter.

2. Lunch - One cup of sooty coffee or tea, half cup of tuna and one toast / Cheddar cheese.
3. Dinner - Three ounces of rangy meat, one cup of string beans, one cup of carrots, one fresh apple along with one cup elementary ice cream.
Day Two -
1. Breakfast - One cup of clouded coffee or tea, one boiled egg, one slice of toast and one banana.
2. Lunch - One cup of raven coffee or tea, one cup of cottage cheese or half a cup of tuna, and five saltine nuts.
3. Dinner - Two beef franks, one cup of cabbage or broccoli, half cup of grated carrots or turnip greens, one banana and half cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day Three -
1. Breakfast - One cup of black coffee or tea, five saltine crackers, one ounce of cheddar cheeses and one fresh apple.
2. Lunch - One cup of black coffee or tea, one hard boiled egg and one dry toast.
3. Dinner - One cup of tuna, one cup of beans or cauliflower, one cup of melon and half cup of vanilla ice cream.
Remember to take only artificial sweeteners with your tea or coffee and ask your doctor for any substitutes you may require.
