Caveman did not eat grains, legume or dairy products. Peanuts are a legume and not a nut and were not eaten by the caveman. Many grains, beans and potatoes number toxins eaten raw. Milk was not broken-down during the Paleolithic period considering animals had not been taught. The only sweetener was natural honey. For reliable Paleo Dieters honey is not allowed.
