It seems I am always mad, and frustrated with my family or friends, because the can eat anything they want and not gain any weight. I eat half as much as they do, but still gain weight. It just doesn't seem fair! I changed that though, a few years back. I idea I would try my own way for weight loss. I needed to be true to myself I knew that I did not do much exercise, and I like all of the bad foods. I am a fast food addict, this is because of my very busy way of life. My biggest problem was that I liked snack foods, like cookies, and candy, and I also drank a lot of alcohol to help me get trust in myself. people use to tell me to stop eating all of these fat types of foods, like burgers, and pizza. They would also tell me to go to the gym, and exercise. It seems like all the gyms are full of people in good shape, and good health, and I just didn't feel right going there.
So what I idea of doing, was to start my own weight loss plan. I figured I would start the day off with a good wholesome breakfast for starters. Then I would eat a salad or something for lunch, but for dinner I ate anything I felt like. The hardest part though was, not to eat in between my meals. I had to stop eating all of my unhealthy snack foods during the day. This was not easy for me to do, but I was very determined. I also knew I had to start exercising more because, frankly I never positively exercised at all. I started to walk everywhere I could, and started to take my daughter to the park roughly everyday. It was about a mile down the road from where we lived. We would shoot the basketball around a tiny bit, and I would push her on the swings. It was good fun for her and I, and we still walk down there all of the time.
It is pretty awesome the weight you can lose, when you have a plan, and having fun at the same time. Those tiny things got me a lot healthier, plus I have lost a large estimate of weight in the process. Anyway this is how to lose weight with an easy diet.
